Verification & Background Checks
We verify your identity, driver’s license, and vehicle documents. We also run standard screening checks to keep riders and drivers safe.
Vehicle Inspection
Your car is inspected for roadworthiness, cleanliness, safety equipment, and ride-class requirements (Lite, Premium, Luxury).
Training & Activation
Complete onboarding: safety standards, customer etiquette, app usage, and payment flow. Once approved, your account is activated and you can start earning.
